Artificial Intelligence, or AI, is becoming a general-purpose technology that affects the entire global economy. Its impact is more profound in education, revolutionizing how we teach and learn. In this presentation, we will discuss artificial intelligence and discover some AI jargon that will enlighten us about its use and differences, such as large language models, Generative AI, and others. We will also discuss how AI can help us in our teaching with Moodle by writing prompts in ChatGPT to enhance our courses. There will also be a discussion on teaching ideas with Moodle, some areas of concern in AI, its potential risks, how we can use AI responsibly, and how it can harness us as educators.
