While we do not offer refunds, we understand that circumstances may prevent you from attending after registering. As such, we offer the option to substitute another person in your place. Please note the following conditions for substitution:

  • Notification Requirement: All requests for substitution must be submitted via email to the registration team at least 48 hours before the event. The email must include the registration details of the original attendee and the substitute.
  • Eligibility: The substitute must fulfill any specific registration criteria applicable to the original ticket (e.g., member/non-member, student/professional).
  • Transfer of Funds: There will be no additional fees for making a substitution, but the substitute must settle any differences in registration fees if the ticket type differs (e.g., member to non-member).

Please be advised that substitutions are only valid for the current event year and cannot be carried forward to future events. The original registration fee remains non-refundable, and any upgrades in ticket categories will require payment of the difference at the current rate at the time of substitution.
