Mustafa Othman is from Asia Pacific University who worked on Moodle development for plugin and integration between Moodle and Asia Pacific University SMS. Currently, is a manager for Software Development with more 15 Developers who are developing and maintaining the systems in Asia Pacific University. Mustafa has been supporting and working with Moodle more than ten years.
