We are thrilled to announce Max Espley from Moodle HQ as the first speaker for MoodleMoot Malaysia 2024!

With over 20 years in the education or edtech industry, predominantly Higher Education, Max has worked in various international sales and marketing roles for large publishers including Pearson, McGraw Hill and Macmillan. More recently his focus has been on building strategic partnerships with educational institutions, and now, specifically with existing and prospective Moodle Certified Partners and Service Providers in APAC and Canada. Committed to open source and education for all, Max is delighted to work with Modern LMS, an awesome addition to the Partner Programme, and looks forward to contributing to MoodleMoot Malaysia. Hailing from North London, Max has lived and worked in Paris, London, Cambridge and Sydney. For the last five years he has been based in Singapore, where he lives with his wife and three children.
