Ts. Dr. Filzani Illia Binti Ibrahim is a distinguished Senior Lecturer at Taylor’s University, renowned for her expertise in landscape architecture, urban studies, and community development. She earned her Ph.D. in Built Environment from Universiti Teknologi MARA and has made significant contributions to e-learning, recognized through numerous prestigious awards such as the Anugerah Khas Menteri Pendidikan 2019, Gold Medal at the International University Carnival on E-Learning (IUCEL) 2023 and the Taylor’s Distinguished E-Learning Educator Award 2021. Dr. Filzani’s innovative research and extensive publications underscore her dedication to advancing sustainable urban environments and education.
