Integrating and automating tasks for Moodle with OBE and SMS systems has saved hours of lecturers’ and administrators’ time. Lecturers are no longer required to copy and paste marks into other systems, which was time-consuming and prone to human error. Now, lecturers have more time to focus on research rather than administrative work. Additionally, academic administrators are no longer required to manually enrol students and lecturers in Moodle, as this task has been automated between Moodle and the APU SMS.
